Residence Halls
Four residence units are currently being constructed for second semester 2024-2025, located in close proximity to all Downtown Brooklyn campuses. Rohr Hall also accommodates visiting interns during the summer through our housing program. These halls offer a variety of living arrangements, including traditional double and triple rooms, double apartments, and a limited number of quad apartments. An optional kosher meal plan is available for all residents.

- All on-campus rooms are furnished with a bed, dresser, wardrobe unit or closet, desk, chair, and bookcase.
- Common areas in suites and apartments within the residence halls are also equipped with a variety of lounge furniture and kitchen appliances.
- The Main Residence Hall features communal kitchens, study lounges, laundry facilities, high-speed Internet access, and 24/7 front entrance security.
- Residence hall common area kitchens enable residents to prepare their own meals. All kitchens must be kept kosher by the students living in their respective areas.
Dorm Layouts and Rates
Private bed room with full kitchen - $2500/month
Shared (2) bed room with full kitchen - $1800/month
Leases are provided on a 12-month basis.
Residence Hall Staff:
- The Directors of Residence Life, Rabbi Eliyahu and Mrs. Shaindy Raskin, who oversee and administer all student housing and residential operations at JRH (Jewish Residence Hall). The Directors manage policy enforcement, crisis management, counseling referral, and residential programming.
- Student leaders, who serve as Resident Advisors (RAs) and assist by providing peer counseling and facilitating social and educational programs.
- Our Jewish Life Director, Rabbi Eliyahu Raskin, who plans religious programs for the community of each residence hall and provide support for students exploring their Jewish identities and observance.
